>you can feel it.
THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM.
IF YOU ARE IN ITS PATH...PREPARE IMMEDIATELY FOR DAMAGING WINDS
...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL... AND DEADLY CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING.
PEOPLE OUTSIDE SHOULD MOVE TO A SHELTER... PREFERABLY INSIDE A STRONG
BUILDING BUT AWAY FROM WINDOWS.
can i even visualise the glass in my office shatter from destructive hail? i’m tempted to go over and stick my nose against the window against all warnings.
curiosity.
>Yeah, sounds about right. We had a tornado warning in Boulder when I was in grad school. Did we go to the basement shelter? No, we looking for the approaching tornado from the wraparound windows on the 11th floor.
>Well at least you’re inside. We had a large tree branch crash to the ground in our backyard & another is hanging up there. We’ll have to have it removed … our heads dent easily. I always listen to the warning to get inside undercover anyway. We even had 1 inch hail up here on the Northshore yesterday. My DH saved 2 in the freezer for me to see, LOL. Just don’t stand IN the window!
